I can't bear singers who bleat on about how terrible their rock-star life is in their songs.

I listen to Radio 2 a lot and lately they've been playing Bryan McFadden's latest ditty to death - it's all about how all his fame and fortune isn't real. My reaction is, well, WHY did you make the record??

He walks out of Westlife and does what? Retires? Buys a chip shop? Writes a novel? No, he records songs about how onerous it is to keep recording songs! Get over it! If it's such a pain in the backside, then stop!

Eminem's the same. Washing his linen on vinyl. Gah!

Robbie Williams, Geri Halliwell, Prince, grrr!

For god's sake get over yourselves!
